Our Staging Consultation begins with an initial walk through of your property, in order to evaluate how
it is currently showing. With a buyer's eye in mind, we are especially looking out for those trouble spots. These key areas
will become the focus of the consultation.
Next, on a room per room basis, we provide our staging advice on
how to present them as defined, simple and attractive. Our recommendations on what changes should be made, are based on'decorating to sell' principles - to ensure that your property will appeal to the most number of potential buyers. (During this
evaluation we recommend that you take notes).
It is always our first choice to work with your existing furnishings and accessories
before recommending renting or purchasing additional pieces.
As time permits, we also provide some hands on staging. We
are happy to show you how even subtle changes can make improvements.
At the end of this consultation you
will have detailed notes, which will serve as your action plan for preparing your property for sale.

Staging Service
Occupied Homes
For those homeowners who do not have the time or would just like more help, we provide a
Full Staging option. To begin this process, an initial consultation will first be necessary in order to evaluate the work that is
required, take 'before' photos and prepare a staging plan. As part of the staging plan, we also identify and provide you
with a list of any prelimary work which will need to be completed. Upon completion, we arrange for your staging
day.
Staging day is when your home really comes together. Using your selected furnishings and any additional
furniture and accessories, we stage your property ensuring each room is presenting its best and will create those positive
first impressions. Having finalized all details, you can now rest assured that your home is ready for the selling market.

This service begins with an initial consultation at the property to discuss the staging goals and budget for the project.
Once a design plan has been established, we will follow up with a formal proposal to include all the estimated costs for the complete
staging of the property - rental of furniture, accessories and final staging.
